if one of our products should fail meet your expectations, we will
exchange it (excluding delivery charges). In this case, please return
the article in its original packaging and within 7 days following
delivery. We will replace the defective article within 10 days following
reception. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot take back or exchange
certain items, like swim suits, caps, towels, etc. Don't hesitate
