| HOW IT WORKS |
| By purchasing on the Champagne Direct site, you receive
gift points which are credited after each payment. It's so easy!
Generally, for each 1 Euro of purchases inclusive of VAT (not including
transportation), 50 points are credited to your "points account". E.g: for a purchase of 12 Euros worth of goods, 600 points will be credited to you, once your payment has been made. The number of points attributed may however vary in certain cases (special operations, exceptional prices etc.). |
| THE CREDITING OF POINTS |
| Your points will be credited only after your order has been fully paid for. In the case of an on-line safe payment, the crediting will be done immediately. For all other modes of payment, it is only after your remittance has been received that you will receive confirmation by e-mail, with an indication of how many points have been put to your credit. |
| CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AND POINTS ACCOUNT |
| Careful ! Do not mix your "points account" with your "customer account"! They are indeed quite separate. It may, though, be held in the same name and at the same address. |
| HOW CAN I BECOME A MEMBER ? |
| You only have to place an order on the site. At the
end of the operation, it will be possible to create your account and to
credit your first points ! You can also fill in the form of membership |
